Ana Kelly, Celebrant (“I”, "me", "my"or the “The Company”) take the privacy of my clients and users seriously, and strive to comply with all national GDPR and global privacy regulations. I have adopted guidelines for my user relationships designed to respect the privacy and preferences of my users.
What Type of Information Do I Collect?
I only collect information that is provided with 1) consent, or 2) a legal basis, namely, a legitimate interest. Personal information I collect may include:
Name, postal address, phone number, social media account links, and e-mail address.
Details in questionnaires for the purposes of writing your bespoke services.
Photographs including my Company or work, as detailed in the contract we agree to initially, and any other photos you give your consent for me to use.
If you connect your account to another service such as Facebook, Instagram, or Google, the other service may send me your registration or profile information on that service that you authorise. This information enables cross-platform data sharing to improve your user experience.
Any of your personal data identified in this policy where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure, namely for the protection and assertion of my legal rights, your legal rights and the legal rights of others.
How Do I Collect Data?
I may 1) collect data you submit to me through forms, check out modules, or other methods, or 2) automatically collect website use information when you visit our website, by utilising cookies, Local Shared Objects, and web beacons.

I do not store paper information and completed questionnaires beyond the date of the service I deliver to you. Such paperwork is either returned to you or shredded.

I use strong passwords to protect all accounts containing user data, and keep hard copies (if required) of user data confidential.
While I take these steps to protect your personal information as much as I reasonably can, no system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network, or any storage of data, can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. I do not disclose your personal information except in the limited circumstances described here, or when making very general references to photographs used in my media or advertising. I retain the email addresses of those who send me emails, who purchase goods and services via my website and who subscribe to our email newsletters.
